Urgent need? Depending of our production schedule we can always make express order for a small additional fee.

Which company do you use to ship my order?

If you’re worried about your sign being thrown into the back of a rickety old truck and bouncing over potholes, then let us rest your mind.

Our main delivery partners are the ever-professional DHL and UPS, but for some specific orders we can use other companies. The most important thing is that for every order we always choose the safest, fastest and most cost efficient delivery option, so you pay less!

Do I need to pay custom?

All our products are directly shipped from Hong Kong so you might have to pay import taxes on each order. We can’t advise on specific import taxes since every country have different rules.

What sizes do you offer?

We’ve worked out all the angles, and all the costs. And all though we don’t want to limit your creativity we have a few suggestions worth following with your designs.

We offer any size, depending of the design we’ll give you the minimum size that can be achieved.

For signs above 120 cm the best option is to split the sign in 2-3 parts depending of the design to avoid extortionate shipping costs

If the signs can not be split because of the design you want, then we advice to not exceed 120 cm width or height.

How do you calculate the price of a neon sign?

The price of a neon sign is influenced by two main factors, and make for a pretty simple equation.

a.) The size.

b.) The complexity of the design.

So small simple signs are typically cheaper, while large complex designs cost more.

Our pricing is therefore calculated from a mix between raw material and labour cost to bring the design to life.

All our prices quoted to you are inclusive of shipping.

What are the types of backing?

Backing is part of the boring, technical stuff when it comes to neon signs. But we want your design to be brilliant and last a long time, so it’s a conversation we need to have.

All our neons are mounted on a transparent acrylic board. There are 3 types of backing.

  • Cut to shape: the Crème de la crème. The acrylic board is cut following the shape of the neon providing stability. .
  • Full acrylic board: the sign is mounted to a very solid square acrylic board
  • Hollow out: Invisible and minimalist, but much more fragile backing that holds the letters together and hangs your sign to the walls

We will be happy to advise you on the best backing for your design.

Is it breakable?

LED neon is pretty much unbreakable. It’s the heavyweight champion of light design.

Like all great champions our signs are robust, and even the most fragile part - the acrylic it’s backed on is super strong!

During the design phase, we ensure there are no ‘weak’ spots in the backing shape which could put pressure on the acrylic, leading to breakages.

Does the sign make any noise?

Zzzzzzz! Our signs are completely silent and will never disturb you or anyone else. You won’t hear a peep out of them. .

How long do they last?

Our products will let you enjoy your bright neon light design for a hefty 50,000++ hours. That’s the equivalent of 3+ years if left on 24/7.

How is it powered?

As standard our signs come with a plug and 12v transformer, so can be plugged in directly to a wall socket without the help of one of those hard to get hold of electricians.

If you would like to hardwire your sign, that is certainly something that is achievable with the help of a qualified professional.

My neon sign has clear marks around the neon, what is this?

Our signs are 100% hand-made so you can choose any design you want! In the production process some of the special glue we use to complete the design may leave a slight clear stain.

This is perfectly safe and when fixed to the wall, usually this is not visible at all.

What is the electric consumption of a LED Neon?

Our LED Neons run on 12v and deliver low consumption. 95% of the energy used by these lights is converted into light and not heat, so they don’t get hot!

Overall they’re 80% more efficient than traditional neon. A pretty great saving!

What’s the difference and the benefits from traditional neon?

There really isn’t a comparison! LED neon offers so many advantages including no glass, meaning they are more resistant. Other benefits include much greater efficiency, easier installation and more design flexibility.

Installation

How does it work?

Once your beautifully designed light has arrived, your mission will be to install it. This is a simple process.

Each neon sign is mounted or hung to the wall. We provide advertising screws in the box for the purpose of fixing the sign to your wall.

Supplying power to your sign is simple, as it comes with a power supply that connects into any wall socket.

What colour is the cord and how long is it?

The cord of your neon light is made up of two sections.

The first exits your neon light and is a thin copper and silver wire, which is encased in a clear, safe coating.

This section joins to an adapter with a male/female connection and is covered in a black coloured cable.

The copper and silver wire cord is 2 metres long and the black adapter cable is 1.5 metres making a total length of 3.5 metres.

What's included in the box?

Your sign comes with a set of screws, a power supply and a remote control dimmer to control the brightness of your sign.
